What you will be installing

HyvivaGrid turns surplus solar power into hydrogen and stores it safely in metal hydride — then converts it back to electricity whenever the home needs it.

HyvivaGrid is a modular, scalable system that can be expanded as the household's energy needs grow. The HyvivaGrid System includes at least:

✓ Electrolyzer — 1 kg H₂ per day from solar surplus
✓ Metal hydride storage — 1 kg H₂ (~33 kWh) per tower, low pressure, non-flammable storage medium
✓ Fuel cell — 4 kW continuous output to the home
✓ Water Tank — 55 l destilled water for electrolyzer
✓ Power and Control — 5 kw buffer battery and the main HyvivaGrid EMS Controller

HyvivaGrid stores hydrogen in a metal hydride at low pressure. The hydrogen is chemically bound in the storage material and released only on demand, which makes it significantly safer than pressurised gas tanks.
